Ensure you fill out the necessary forms correctly. An incorrect application may result in missed flights or denied entry. SNA Tours takes no responsibility if you apply for the incorrect visa and will not compensate for missed flights or tours. To apply for your visa on your own you will need to:

• Ensure your passport has a validity of at least 6 months from your departure date.
• Make sure your passport has 2 blank pages.
• Download the correct China Visa Application form, from the China Visa center website visaforchina.org/
• Complete the China Visa Application form accurately and apply for the correct visa.
• Attach 1 passport size photo to your form. This must be 2 x 2 inches in size, against a white background and with nothing covering your face.
• Provide a photocopy of your passport Information Page.
• Attach a copy of your flight ticket (this will need to be requested from SNA Tours 6 weeks prior to departure).
• Provide a copy of your tour confirmation and hotel list (this will need to be requested from SNA Tours 4 weeks prior to departure).
• Each Passport holder is required to complete and sign an individual application form.
• Pay the visa application fee at the time of collection, if by post need to include a sign Payment Authorization Form (extra charge applied if need to return your passport by post).
• Submit your application in person or post to China Visa Centre.
• If you submit the application in person, you are required to drop in your application to your local China Visa Center. When your China Visa is issued, you are required to go back to the China Visa Center to collect your passport. (This may take up to 4-5 business days)
• If you do it by post it may take up to 2 weeks for the passport to return to you.
